1. Independence / non-affiliation

SocialMate is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. It interacts with WhatsApp through publicly available interfaces. “WhatsApp” and related names, marks, emblems, and images are trademarks of their respective owners, used here for identification purposes only.

2. A personal messaging tool — not a spam platform

SocialMate is a personal WhatsApp automation, monitoring, and response tool for managing your own conversations — not a bulk-messaging, broadcast, or spam platform. It is built that way on purpose: there is no instant blast, every message is sent individually through an always-on anti-spam pipeline (restrained per-minute, per-hour, and per-day caps, account warm-up, human-like pacing, and automatic risk cooling), sending identical content to many contacts is blocked by default, and no bulk-broadcast endpoint is enabled out of the box. Those protections can only be relaxed through a deliberate, Pro-only, clearly-flagged choice for which you accept full responsibility. SocialMate is not built for unsolicited mass messaging; if that is your goal, this is not the right tool.

3. Terms-of-service & ban risk

• Using unofficial WhatsApp clients MAY violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.
• WhatsApp MAY temporarily or permanently ban accounts that use this software.
• No tool is 100% ban-proof. WhatsApp actively detects automation software.
• Using this software carries inherent and unavoidable risk.

4. No liability

The developers of SocialMate assume NO liability for any account bans, data loss, business interruption, or other consequences arising from the use of this software. The software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. User responsibility & acknowledgment

By downloading and using SocialMate you acknowledge that: (1) you have read and understood this disclaimer in full; (2) you accept all risks associated with using this software; (3) you use SocialMate entirely at your own discretion and responsibility; (4) you will not hold SocialMate or its developers liable for any damages.

6. Recommended safe use

• Do not use your primary or important WhatsApp number.
• Allow new sessions to warm up over the full 72 hours.
• Monitor your in-app Risk Score and respond to warnings promptly.
• Only message contacts who have consented to hear from you.
