Terms of Use

SocialMate is operated by SocialMate Ltd. (Cairo, Egypt) (“SocialMate”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the SocialMate software and website.

1. Acceptable use

SocialMate is a personal messaging automation and monitoring tool, not a bulk-messaging, broadcast, or spam platform. It is provided for lawful automation of WhatsApp accounts you own or are authorized to operate, to communicate with recipients who have consented to receive your messages. You agree NOT to use SocialMate to: send unsolicited bulk or spam messages; harass, deceive, or defraud; scrape or harvest contact data without consent; violate any applicable law (including anti-spam, telemarketing, and data-protection laws such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and LGPD); or violate the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and for compliance with WhatsApp’s terms and all applicable laws. We do not monitor your use (the software runs on your own machine), and we disclaim responsibility for your conduct. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for details.

2. License grant

Subject to these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SocialMate. A Pro license is RSA-signed; each license includes one active device, additional concurrent devices may be added as seats, and you may move a license between machines via your account.

3. Restrictions

Except as your specific license permits, you may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the licensed binary. You may not remove or obscure proprietary notices.

4. Billing, cancellation & refunds

Pro is billed monthly or annually via FastSpring, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime and run to the end of the current period; annual plans run for their term. Because SocialMate is free to download and includes a trial before any payment, all sales are final and paid subscriptions are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. 5. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialMate and its developers are not liable for account bans, data loss, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages. See the full Risk Disclaimer.

6. Indemnification & governing law

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialMate and its developers against claims arising from your use of the software in violation of these terms or applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Cairo, Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
