Let’s be straight with you: no automation tool can guarantee you won’t be banned, and anyone who claims “100% safe” or “undetectable” is lying. WhatsApp’s terms restrict automation, enforcement is opaque, and it changes over time. We’d rather earn your trust with candor than a slogan.
What we can do is make your account as safe as it can realistically be — and show you the risk live so you’re never flying blind.

What SocialMate does to lower risk
- Human-like pacing — token-bucket rate limits per minute/hour/day plus multi-stage delays (a think pause, length-scaled typing, and a minimum gap between sends), each randomised ±15% so nothing is metronomic. Choose a Safe, Balanced, or Fast profile per account.
- A real “typing…” indicator — when enabled, the recipient sees genuine typing (or “recording…” for voice notes) that lasts as long as the message, so a send looks like a person, not an instant bot blast.
- Reads before replying — when you reply to someone, the chat is marked read after a short pause, then typed — exactly like a human who reads, then answers (cold outreach never marks anything read).
- Duplicate-content protection — sending the same text or image to many contacts is the #1 ban trigger, so it’s blocked by default (vary your wording). Pro can override it in High-Volume Mode at its own risk.
- Gradual warming — new numbers ramp from a trickle to full volume over ~72 hours, so they never look like a bot from minute one.
- A live 8-factor risk score with adaptive slow-down — it watches cold outreach (messaging numbers that never reply) and gradually stretches your delays as risk rises, easing off before any hard stop.
- Permanent, realistic linked-device identities and night pause so activity looks consistent and human.
- It sends from your own residential IP — on your machine, ideally the same home network as your phone, SocialMate connects from the residential connection WhatsApp already associates with your number, not a flagged datacenter IP shared with strangers. Every other tool sells you a residential proxy to fake this; you don’t need one — you already are the residential user. (Running on a VPS uses a datacenter IP — see Desktop vs VPS: which is safer?.)
What you should still do
- Only message people who expect to hear from you. Unsolicited bulk messaging is the fastest route to a ban — and it’s against our terms.
- Start slow on new numbers; let the warmer do its job.
- Keep content personal and relevant.
- Don’t automate a number you can’t afford to lose. Use a number you’d be okay re-linking.
The honest line. We optimise for the strongest realistic protection — not an impossible promise. Read the full risk & non-affiliation disclaimer.
