SocialMate’s pricing is deliberately simple: Free is generous, Pro is a flat license, and there’s no per-message meter, ever. Because it’s your machine doing the work, there’s no cloud to bill by the message.
The tiers
- Free — $0 / forever. 1 account, 200 messages/day, the full anti-ban engine, read API + text send, quick tunnel, 2 webhook endpoints. No card, no trial clock.
- Pro Annual — $99 / year. Unlimited accounts, 500/day each, full API, scheduling & batch queueing, named tunnel, all 35 webhook events, full history + unlimited search, priority support. Any launch offer running right now is shown live on Pricing.
- Pro Monthly — $10 / month. Everything in Pro Annual, month to month.
Want to feel Pro first? There’s an optional 7-day Pro trial — start it from inside the app (the onboarding license step, Settings → License, or the in-app Pricing page) with just an email. No card, and one trial per machine. When it ends you drop back to Free automatically; nothing is deleted.
Why flat, not per-message
Cloud APIs meter every conversation. SocialMate doesn’t — a store sending thousands of order updates pays exactly the same as one sending a hundred. You’re licensing software that runs on your hardware, not renting send capacity.
AI, when it ships. AI integrations are on the roadmap and will be included with Pro when they ship — you won’t pay extra. They aren’t available yet.
