A queue that’s holding messages is often the anti-ban engine protecting you — not a bug. Check these first.

Why items wait
- Rate limit reached. Sends pace out as headroom returns (see Rate limits explained).
- Warming. A new number’s daily cap is intentionally low for ~72 hours.
- Night pause. Sends scheduled in quiet hours wait until your window opens.
- Account paused / cooling. Resume it once risk is back in the safe band.
- Disconnected. The number must be online to send — check the connection.
Tip. If you genuinely need more throughput, warm additional numbers rather than forcing one past its caps. On Pro, the smart queue keeps retrying automatically.
