Our refund policy
SocialMate is free to download and includes a 7-day trial of Pro before you pay, so you can evaluate everything first. Because of that, paid subscriptions are non-refundable — except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law, which we always honor. See the full Refund Policy.
- Prefer to stop paying? You can cancel anytime — your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and then stops renewing.
- Charged in error (double charge, charged after cancelling)? Email [email protected] from your purchase email and we’ll work with FastSpring to make it right.
- Entitled to a refund under your local law? Contact us and, because FastSpring is the merchant of record, FastSpring will process it back to your original payment method.
