Changing your billing period (Monthly ↔ Annual)

Each subscription keeps its billing period. To change terms, add a license on the new term, move your devices over, and let the old one run out.

Each subscription keeps the billing period it was bought on — there’s no in-place switch between monthly and annual. That’s deliberate: it keeps every subscription’s billing dates and seat pricing simple and stable.

Why annual

Annual ($99/year) saves roughly two months versus monthly ($10/month) — same power, lower effective price. Monthly stays flexible and cancellable any time.

How to change terms

  1. In your account (Licenses tab), click + Add a license and pick the term you want. Checkout is locked to your account email, and the new key arrives by email.
  2. Activate the new key on your machine(s) — moving a device is self-service and takes a minute.
  3. Cancel the old license — you keep Pro on it until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, so your devices are on the new license well before the old one ends.

Tip. Your data and linked numbers never notice a license change — activation just swaps which key the machine runs on. Nothing in the app interrupts.
